Payment & Pickup at Eclipse Fest

T-shirts, ornaments, and pinhole projectors will be available for pickup at the Eclipse Fest in Mt. Carmel, IL. Pay with cash, card, Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal at pickup.

We recommend picking items up on Saturday or Sunday. We will be there on Monday for the actual eclipse as well but cannot guarantee you will be able to get to us due to anticipated traffic. Any orders remaining after Monday at 4:30 pm will be resold.

Pickup Times:
Saturday, April 6 – 1:30 – 4:30 pm
Sunday, April 7 – 11:30 am – 4:30 pm
Monday, April 8 – 1:30 – 4:30 pm (last minute, not recommended)

Note that we will not be at Eclipse Fest on Friday April 5th.

Payment Options: We accept cash, credit card, Cashapp, PayPal, and Venmo.

If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled times: Shipping is available, and payment can be taken here on the website. Due to demand, shipping will not occur until after the second batch of t-shirts has been printed to make sure as many people as possible can have their shirts for the day of the event.

If your items are backordered: You can either pay and pickup the rest of your items at the scheduled times and have your backordered item shipped separately or wait and have everything shipped together. If you prefer to have everything shipped together, just don’t worry about showing up to pick up your items. We will call or email you after the eclipse to verify your order and confirm that we have reached the quantity needed to do a reprint on shirts. At that time, we will arrange payment for the full order.
